Giovanni Santos, CEO/Owner of VAS outsourcing help developed the company from the ground up. With his vast knowledge of different verticals, he has helped a huge amount of clientele to formulate the right strategy to increase their client base or company revenue. Most of them are in the business of Real Estate, Business Brokers, IT services, Accounting, Roofing, Home Remodeling Services. (Hail and Windstorm Damage), Insurance and Financial Services. 
He joined Edit News Signs (ENS) in 2013 as Project Manager. He is responsible for the management of teams that would maintain and support new and current deployments of digital signs across North America. It is his responsibility to make sure all Digital Signs are up and running at all times.
Prior to joining Edit News Signs (ENS), Mr. Santos worked for Cube Connection Contact Solutions Phil. as Senior Sales and Marketing Manager/Business Development Manager. He is responsible for bringing new business to C3SPI. He also managed all Supervisors in keeping track with what the particular goal is for each C3SPI Client. He also worked for Telus Inc., managing Sales Agents for Dell Computers. He is a specialist in increasing sales and planning strategies in reaching the set quota. After his career in Telus, he joined Callbox Inc. in Davao City. He became a Team manager for 3 months and promoted to Senior Sales Executive. He created their sales team and was awarded the highest revenue contributor of 2008-2009. Most important experience he had was with Concentrix, Philippines. He’d become one of the Team Captain for Linksys support. His team handled inbound calls from Linksys consumers which they followed a step by step process to troubleshoot Linksys routers.
Mr. Santos earned his B.S. in Management from the University of San Francisco. He served on the Management Association of Marketing Executive Committee in Davao City from 2001 to 2008. He is proficient in English, Tagalog. He is married with two children, and for leisure, he enjoys reading books. Affiliated with Knights of Columbus 3507 2nd Degree.

Mariam Umadhay, HR/Accounting Head started her career with DELL sales back in 2006. She was a big part of the sales and chat support team. In 2009 she became the head of HR at a local cable and internet company in the southern part of the Philippines. She holds 2 degrees. HR Management and a LET board passer.

Marie Arquiza, Operations Head has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Financial Management. Career Started at Sitel Philippines in Pasig City as a Customer Service Representative for Home delivery Account. I worked as Technical Support Representative for 6 years with a Cable and Internet Company based in the US. I also worked with a Pharmaceutical Company as the Head Sales Agent.
